Bonuses are forgotten.
Nobody forgets the match.

A corporate membership programme built around global sport. Your company holds the seats and the credit. Your people choose the moment — a Champions League night, a Grand Prix weekend, a Grand Slam final — and book it themselves.

Why companies buy it

The argument is not sport. It is what sport does to people.

01

Recognition costs less than replacement

Replacing a senior employee costs a large multiple of a seat in this programme. A memory attached to your company's name is the cheapest retention instrument you can buy.

02

Cash disappears into the bank account

A bonus is absorbed by the mortgage in eleven days. An experience is retold for years, and every retelling names the company that made it possible.

03

Budget you already have

This sits inside people, recognition, incentive or client-entertainment budgets that are already approved. It is not a new line item — it is a better use of one.

04

Nothing is wasted

Unlike catering, swag or an off-site, credit that is not used does not evaporate. It stays in your pool and funds next year's programme.

How it works

Four steps. No expense reports.

01

Choose your seats

Decide how many people are in the programme and at which level. One annual invoice, one contract, one renewal date.

02

Credit lands in the pool

A defined share of every seat fee converts into company credit on day one. It sits in your pool and does not expire.

03

The manager allocates

Distribute credit by rule or by hand — onboarding, goals, anniversaries, recognition. Reclaim it when someone leaves.

04

The employee books

They browse the club themselves, apply their credit, and pay any difference privately. No approval emails, no expense forms.

The credit pool

A budget that behaves the way a budget should.

Every seat fee converts a defined share into company credit. That credit sits in one pool under the manager's control and is spent inside the club — on tickets, tables, hospitality and travel experiences curated by our team.

Credit never expires

Unused credit stays in the company pool indefinitely. Nothing is burned at the end of the fiscal year, and nothing is lost if an employee never books.

The manager holds the keys

Allocate credit by performance goal, by tenure, by milestone, or evenly. Set it once as a rule, or release it manually when someone earns it.

It moves with the person

When someone leaves, their unused allocation returns to the company pool. Their membership can be transferred to their replacement at no cost.

If distributed evenly — most companies weight it by goals

Indicative figures for planning. Enterprise programmes above 250 seats are quoted individually, including seat mix and client hospitality allowance.

Where it is used

One programme, six jobs inside the company.

Onboarding

Day one, not day 400

Every new hire lands with a membership and a welcome credit. The first thing they feel about the company is that it takes their life outside work seriously.

Performance

A goal worth chasing

Attach credit to quota, to a shipped project, to a safety record. People chase a Champions League night in a way they never chase a gift card.

Retention

Something they can't replicate

A counter-offer can match salary. It cannot match a Monaco Grand Prix weekend booked through their own membership.

Clients

Hospitality without the agency

Use the same pool to host clients. Curated access, one invoice, no procurement circus, no last-minute broker roulette.

Leadership

Executive-grade access

Give leadership a Gold or Platinum seat with guest allowance, so the team they entertain sits where it matters.

Global teams

One benefit, every country

Football in São Paulo, tennis in Melbourne, F1 in Austin. One programme that means something in every office you have.

Compared with a perks platform

Not a discount catalogue.

Perks / wellness platform
  • Discounts on things people already buy
  • Unused budget expires at the end of the cycle
  • The platform catalogue decides what is available
  • Forgotten a week after it is used
  • Third-party marketplace, no delivery guarantee
  • Reimbursements, receipts and approval chains
STADIA.CLUB
  • Access people cannot arrange on their own
  • Credit stays in the company pool forever
  • The manager allocates by goal, milestone or tenure
  • Retold for years, with your company's name attached
  • Curated supply, escrow-protected, concierge-backed
  • One annual invoice; the member books alone
Questions

What procurement will ask.

How is this different from a wellness or perks platform?+

Perks platforms discount things people would buy anyway. STADIA gives access to things people cannot buy easily at all — curated hospitality, tickets and experiences around global sport, delivered with escrow protection and a concierge. It is a recognition programme, not a discount catalogue.

What happens to credit we don't use?+

It stays in your pool. Corporate credit does not expire and is not forfeited at renewal. It carries forward as long as the programme is active.

Can we control who gets what?+

Yes. The manager console lets you allocate credit per person, per team, or through rules tied to goals and milestones. You can also cap what an individual can hold at any one time.

What if an employee leaves?+

Unallocated and unspent credit returns to the company pool, and the seat can be reassigned to another employee at no additional cost.

Does the employee see the price we paid?+

No. Employees see their available credit and the member price of each experience. Contract terms, seat pricing and allocation rules stay with the company.

Can we use it for clients, not just employees?+

Yes. Company and Enterprise programmes include guest and client hospitality. Many companies split the pool between internal recognition and client entertainment.

How is it invoiced?+

Annually, in a single invoice, in USD or BRL. Purchase orders, procurement documentation and a data processing agreement are available on Enterprise.

How fast can we start?+

A programme can be live within two weeks: contract, seat list, credit pool funded, and a concierge onboarding session for your people team.
