Supply partners

You hold the access.
We hold the members.

Stadia is a private members' club for people who travel the world for sport. Our members book from Stadia — never from a marketplace. Behind every confirmation there is an accredited partner: an official agency, a box owner, a season-ticket holder, a hospitality operator — selected for the season, screened, escrowed and rated.

What you can be cleared for

Experiences

Open to every registered partner

Tables, hospitality services, host-led experiences and private dinners. Register your company and list — each listing is reviewed by the club team before members see it.

Official ticket supply

Accreditation required · up to 4 per season

Match tickets, boxes and hospitality seats across football, Formula 1, tennis and the majors. Each season Stadia contracts a maximum of four accredited agencies to cover the catalogue.

Season Access

Accreditation + per-venue approval · 2 slots

A specific seat product at a specific venue, guaranteed for a whole season. Only two partners hold each seat product per season, applied for venue by venue.

Selection

How a partner is chosen

Scarcity is deliberate. A small, contracted, well-rated supply base is what allows Stadia to promise a member that the seat will be there.

01

Official only

Licensed agencies, hospitality operators, box owners and season-ticket holders. No open-marketplace sourcing, no speculative listings.

02

High-level KYC

Legal entity, ownership chain, ultimate beneficial owners, sanctions screening, banking details and proof of the sourcing model — reviewed by the Stadia compliance desk before a single seat is listed.

03

Tickets in hand first

A partner's first sales in the club must be inventory already held. Credibility is earned on delivered orders before any pre-allocation or forward selling is opened.

04

4.7 / 5 rating floor

Members rate every delivery. A partner must hold at least 4.7 out of 5 on a rolling basis; below it, the contract goes to review and listings can be suspended.

05

Season-long contracts

Accreditation is granted for a full season, so a partner can plan its allocation — and the club keeps a stable, accountable supply base.

06

Anonymous to members

Members never see a company name. You trade under a partner code; your public standing is the rating you earn.

The terms

How we work together

You stay invisible

Members never see your company name. You trade under a partner code, and your standing is built from member ratings alone.

Stadia keeps 8%

Taken from your own price. The member pays a separate service fee that never touches your balance.

Escrow, then payout

Every booking is held in escrow until you issue the tickets and the member confirms receipt. Then the balance is released for withdrawal.

One relationship, many events

One accreditation covers the whole catalogue — Premier League, LaLiga, Serie A, Formula 1, the tennis majors and more.

Full audit trail

Every listing, price change, order and payout is logged. Disputes are settled on record, not on memory.

Non-delivery is a contract event

A missed delivery triggers immediate escrow reversal to the member and a compliance review of the partnership.

The process

Four steps to your first listing

  1. 01

    Open your partner account

Company name, contact and where we pay you.

  2. 02

    Complete the company file

Legal entity, ownership, people and documents.

  3. 03

    Apply for accreditation

The compliance desk reviews the file and your sourcing.

  4. 04

    List and deliver

Publish inventory, issue tickets, get paid on confirmation.

Questions

Before you apply

Who can supply Stadia?

Only official agencies, licensed hospitality operators, box owners and season-ticket holders that clear our KYC and compliance review. We do not buy from open marketplaces or unverified resellers.

How many partners are selected per season?

Up to four accredited agencies per season across the sports catalogue, plus two Season Access slots per seat product per season.

When am I paid?

Funds sit in escrow from the moment the member pays. The balance is released for withdrawal after the tickets are issued and the member confirms receipt.

What rating must I keep?

A rolling member rating of at least 4.7 out of 5. Below that, the contract goes to review.
